Museum and Tourist Attraction Web Site Paradigm
A museum or tourist attraction Web site has the following purposes:
- to provide information on visiting hours, fees, etc.;
- to provide information on how to find the site (directions);
- to provide an overview, which could go into depth, about what the attraction is all about, that is, why people should visit it
- to educate the public about the site's favorite subjects;
- to provide information about special exhibits, events, courses, etc.;
- and, sometimes, to sell paraphernalia.
