Implementing Rule N

§ 1194.22 Web-based intranet and internet information and applications.

(n) When electronic forms are designed to be completed on-line, the form shall allow people using assistive technology to access the information, field elements, and functionality required for completion and submission of the form, including all directions and cues.

Question: does this include PDF forms, or just HTML? What about ASP and other dynamically-generated forms? These should be in HTML, anyway....

Assumptions: all field elements that are enterable should be accessible. All field elements that are readable should be accessible, including fields that are not entered, but are normally viewed.
