  • Inherited an application with a history of poor customer satisfaction, which had a long list of issues. Addressed those issues, improved communication with the customer, and enhanced our organization's image.
  • Designed a replacement for an in-house library system. Developed database model, mapped old database onto new model, developed conversion scripts, developed forms, developed reports. Presented the new system to customer.
  • Worked on a team supporting agency-wide budget applications.
  • Created, enhanced, tested, and debugged Oracle database applications using Oracle Forms Builder and Oracle Reports Builder. Wrote PL/SQL program units. Reviewed and tuned PL/SQL code for improved performance.
