We will be discussing The Lost: A Search for Six of the Six Million, by Daniel Mendelsohn.
The Howard County Chapter of Hadassah and The Jewish Federation of Howard County have arranged for an evening of conversation between the leadership and the members of both organizations. You are cordially invited to join us for conversation and light dessert. Bring your questions, comments, and suggestions, and learn how we can partner together for a stronger Jewish community in Howard County. This is a unique opportunity for the Federation to hear and learn from you and for the Federation to share the many different ways the organization impacts the lives of Howard County's Jewish community.
The program will take place at the Federation's offices, 1000 Century Plaza, Suite 400, at 10630 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia. RSVP to Avrum Weiss, Executive Director, at 410-730-4976, or e-mail at aweiss@jewishhowardcounty.org.

Everyone needs a new bra ... make sure you get the right one for you.... Receive a free private bra fitting. Most of us are wearing the wrong size and don't know it! Hadassah is proud to present a fundraiser event at Bra-La-La, the new bra boutique that opened in Maple Lawn. Bras are available in all price ranges. Bra-La-La will donate 10% of sales during this time to our Hadassah chapter. You do not have to be a Hadassah member to attend, so bring friends and relatives with you. It will be a fun time to socialize and have the store to ourselves! Light snacks will be served. Please RSVP to Julie Rosenthal, jrosenthl@yahoo.com, or 410-531-0128, so enough bra fitters are available for our group. Bra-La-La is located at 8180 Maple Lawn Boulevard, Fulton, MD. | |||
