Paint Color Schemes

There are five basic color schemes used throughout the property. The colors indicated below are only approximate, provided in order to give the viewer some idea of which general color scheme is being discussed. All paint color codes are from McCormick Paints; however, an owner is not required to use McCormick paints as long as the owner matches the color.

According to the Declaration (Article VI, Use Restrictions and Easements, Section 9), paint colors may only be changed with the approval of the Board of Directors. However, the Architectural Guidelines, as voted on by the membership in 1990 and amended in 1992, still states that paint colors must remain as they originally were when the houses were first built. The Board of Directors cannot approve color changes unless the membership wishes to amend the guidelines to do so. Therefore, all owners are required to maintain their original paint colors.

The paint colors for a specific house may be found by using the house color search.
