Maintenance Inspection Coming
By now, all Owners should have received a notice of the upcoming community maintenance inspection, scheduled for the week of May 10, 2004. Now is the time to quickly check your house for items that might need to be repaired. The property manager will walk through the development and note deficient items on a checklist, which will subsequently be mailed to the Owner.
