Lessors

The City requires that residential property owners obtain a City rental license before they may lease a dwelling to another person. There is a fee for this license. No license is required when at least one of the property owners resides at the residence, or when the landlord-tenant relationship is between parent and child. All rental properties are subject to a periodic inspection, which is conducted by the City's Code Compliance Officer. The owner is responsible for ensuring compliance with City codes.

Lessors are also responsible for informing their tenants that they are required to abide by the Association's rules.
