The Board of Directors, with the consent of the Association (as adopted by a vote of homeowners at the September 23, 1992 Annual Meeting) do hearby amend and publish the following amendment to the EVERGREEN ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES, SEPTEMBER 1990.
On page 3, in the Section addressing Decks, item No. 3, add the following sentence after the sentence "Decks must be compatible to existing decks in overall appearance":
The new language is in bold:
3. Decks must be compatible to existing decks in overall appearance. Sunburst style picket designs are acceptable. Only natural wood color, no painting or staining allowed. Clear sealants and/or preservatives are allowed.
