About Our Community

Evergreen Estates is a 201-unit townhome community located in the southern part of the City of Bowie, Maryland, USA. Bowie is located approximately 20 miles east of Washington, DC, and 15 miles west of Annapolis, MD.

Within walking distance are: hiking/biking trails, parks, playgrounds, a newly-built regional shopping mall, the city's gymnasium, the city's senior center, the Bowie Health Center, an ice-skating rink, a dog park, a 14-screen movie theater complex, and small office parks. Several restaurants are near the movie theater, and more are located in the regional mall.

Commuters will find the proximity to two main traffic arteries, Route 50 and Route 301, to be convenient. Within walking distance is a Metrobus stop along Northview Drive, and a mile up the road is a Metrobus park-and-ride lot. New Carrollton Metro Station is about eight miles away. There are five home models in the development. The models with three levels include Belair, Georgetown, and Severn; the Georgetown and Severn models come in variations with or without a garage. The two-level models are Arundel and Calvert. All models have 2 1/2 baths and have rear yards enclosed by a fence.

The grounds include two playgrounds, an open play area, a picnic area, and hiker trails throughout.

All owners are members of the Evergreen Estates Homeowners Association. Membership is mandatory. More information on the Association can be found in the documents.
